Working at Target we get all types of people. We get babies, toddlers, pre-teens, teens, adults, and elderly people. At my job, we're allowed to show our tattoos. I don't show my boy art off that much as it's super cold outside and I rather wear long sleeves and sweatshirts a lot.
Even wearing those types of clothes my tattoo peeks through because it's carried on into my hand. I don't worry about getting it covered up or always paying attention to it to get it not to show. I've been working at Target for about 5-6 months and some of the people that comment on my tattoo I get kinda shocked about. Most of the people I get comments from are from the age group 15-30 and 50-70.
What is really shocking is that I get most my comments from the 50-70 age group. All in which say they love my tattoo it's very different, pretty, and that they love the placing. My customers frequent questions are, did it hurt? are you gonna get color? or are you gonna get more? I respond with yes, Thank you for asking.
Customers love knowing what Ideas I would like to get for my next markings. I tell them and they think my ideas are unique and different. My ideas come from ideas I see online but with a different twist, my own markings. My body art/ ideas are symbols on personal things and just life's beauty.
I personally love looking at others body art and thinking about what could those mean. Sometimes I will ask and I love hearing their personal stories and sometimes I like to just read it for myself kinda like artwork. We don't know what that drawing is about in the art place but all we can do is imagine and have our own thinking on that peace.
